Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of NexArmy (the "Service"), operated by Realm Labs Studio ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
NexArmy is a dashboard for planning, publishing and measuring content on social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage, including TikTok through TikTok's official APIs.
2. Your accounts
You may only connect accounts you own or have permission to manage. You are responsible for activity under your NexArmy account and for keeping your login secure. You can disconnect a social account at any time in NexArmy or in that platform's settings.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload or create. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to it, including any music, images and trademarks.
4. Platform rules
You must follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform you publish to, including TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation. You must label branded, promotional and AI-generated content where those rules require it. Nothing is published without your confirmation.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for spam, deceptive or misleading content, impersonation, harassment, artificially inflating engagement, or anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Third-party services
The Service connects to third parties such as TikTok and AI image providers you choose to connect. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions, including removal of content or accounts.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms materially, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may end access if you breach these terms.
