Privacy Policy
This policy explains what NexArmy, operated by Realm Labs Studio, collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account details you give us, such as your name and email.
- TikTok data, only after you sign in with TikTok and approve it: basic profile (display name, username, avatar, open ID), profile statistics (follower, following, like and video counts), your list of public videos with their view, like, comment and share counts, and permission to publish content you confirm.
- Content you upload or generate: images, videos and captions.
- Technical data needed to run the Service, such as logs and error reports.
How we use it
To publish the posts you confirm, to show your accounts' performance in your dashboard, to keep the Service secure, and to provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not use your TikTok data for advertising.
Sharing
We send content and data only to the platforms you choose to publish to, and to infrastructure providers that host the Service for us (such as cloud hosting and storage) under confidentiality obligations. We disclose data if the law requires it.
Storage and security
Access tokens are encrypted. Images for a post are stored only so the platform can download them for publishing, and are deleted after publishing completes or within 30 days.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. If you disconnect TikTok, we stop accessing it and delete its stored tokens. You can ask us to delete all your data at any time by emailing hello@nexarmy.com; we do this within 30 days. You can also revoke access in TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to its use. Email us to make a request.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the date above.
